Order Processing

Please allow 1 business day for us to process your order. 

Shipping Time

Orders generally arrive within 1-3 business days after we are done processing your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We use DHL as our shipping carrier.
We do not ship outside of the Netherlands at this time.

Free shipping for orders above €100.

Exceptions

During the holiday season and other busy periods or due to other circumstances such as, but not limited to extreme weather, orders may take longer to arrive. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or phone.
